No Way! It seems the only people who get "caught" are those employers who are delinquent in their taxes and honest workers trying to make a living. It is sad how many "honest" contractors are out there in the market without proper liscensure. Rather than "shaking down" old ladies in wheelchairs, honest taxpayers, or dealing with the real issues, "Big Brother" continues to take the "safe" path. Jay
