Tom Moe is a local fellow. He lives probably 10 miles from me as the crow flies. He looked familiar to me but I don't think I ever had any direct dealings with him. I could well have seen him around the local air show or at work as a customer. Pretty nice guy from what I heard while we were talking about his appearance on camera today at work.
