    Talking New tiller!

Well, I finally got off the dime and bought a 3pt tiller. After much reading and advice, I choose the KingkutterII TG-60-Y, a 60" standard duty, gear driven 3pt tiller. I brought it home this afternoon, and offloaded it with the fel on the 2520. This tiller should cover the tires with about +3" on each side. It has 7 flanges with 6 tines per flange, and is standard rotation.
More pics and info to come as I put it into service.

Im really happy for you buddy in getting what I know you wanted
Looks to be a solid choice and you will have fun with it....
How did the mold plow work out for you, I think you started with that first for the garden? Tillers are nice indeed....the 2520 has power to spare with that unit, you wont even feel it

Enjoy and of course pictures are a must

Just remember to get a couple of GALLONS of KK colored paint to touch it up...since that is KK's major short coming...CRAPPY PAINT...

The rest of the machine is bulletproof...

Same one I got last week, but its been raining ever since. I think its the best tiller for 1260.00 you can find.

Congratulations on your new attachment ! My CCM-160 is very similar. Both are tanks IMHO. Attaching mine today. Make sure the gearboxes have gear oil. From what I have read some KKII units come fully lubed; some not so. I agree with Paul on the paint.

You're right about the paint...it's terrible right outta the box...I'm thinking JD Green longterm.

I decided to skip the plow in favor of a subsoiler, which I also picked up yesterday. I plan to rip the garden area with the subsoiler before tilling it.

You're right Jay, it came with no lubricants of any type installed.

Congrats on the purchase GM. We will need to see some pics of the garden plot after you've made a couple passes.
Practice makes perfect: After many decade of hard work and practice, it now takes almost no effort to get tired.

    GM,

Could you post pics of the sub-soiler and how it works before tilling? Real curious how you like it. Thanks.
