Default SCOTUS: Heller decision

Well, we should be seeing the Supreme Courts ruling this week in Heller v. DC docket #07-290. The case everyone is hoping will clear up the legal position regarding the 2nd amendment, and an individuals right to possess firearms.

I'm willing to bet the court will write its opinion with a very narrow interpretation...

After the recent decision to give terrorists rights and access to the judicial system...I have to wonder what the decision will be for our rights. I am nervous to say the least

Well here it is, in it's entirety:
http://www.supremecourtus.gov/opinions/07pdf/07-290.pdf

While I am happy to see this opinion lean in favor of the individual, I am wholly disheartened by the opinion of the 4 Justices in dissention. I feel that their opinion will encourage legislation from the bench, which will serve as the rule of law until the foundations of socialism have taken root in our land.
