Seems to be an awful lot of legislation being introduced and enacted around the country. The timing suggests that these proposals would come out of commitees for a vote sometime after elections or early in the next year. Maybe there is a perceived idea that there will be a new political climate! |

to you think its tied into the Supreme court case in D.C ? or do you think these bills are going to be more restrictive? |

More restrictive...in my state, the want to serialize all ammo, and outlaw the possession of all unserialized ammo. Restrict the number of guns per month etc, etc.
I think that the US Supreme Court ruling will be held strictly to the case at hand, as to not get involved with the primary concerns surrounding the 2nd amendment. |
