Default firearms laws

Seems to be an awful lot of legislation being introduced and enacted around the country. The timing suggests that these proposals would come out of commitees for a vote sometime after elections or early in the next year. Maybe there is a perceived idea that there will be a new political climate!

More restrictive...in my state, the want to serialize all ammo, and outlaw the possession of all unserialized ammo. Restrict the number of guns per month etc, etc.
I think that the US Supreme Court ruling will be held strictly to the case at hand, as to not get involved with the primary concerns surrounding the 2nd amendment.

Yes and their argument will be OKAY the 2nd amendment says you can have guns...BUT it did NOT EXPLICITLY ALLOW for AMMUNITION...

I used to own an ant farm but had to give it up. I couldn't find tractors small enough to fit it.
