Default 7304 Pics

Just thought I toss in a couple of pics.

Actually don't have many. Don't have 1 of when I got stuck in the ditch while plowing snow\had to get towed out and don't have 1 of when I got stuck in the mud but here are a few of what I have been doing.
Hope this works ..............but not sure it did.

Thanks and yes it is a bit of a workhorse all things considered.
Guess would be considered a compact and not a sub compact.

Weighs around 1800#'s and then add the loader so probably about 2500#s. Loader can do about 730 #'s and 3 pt is good for a little less than
1000#'s. 30HP Turbocharged Diahatsu deisel. 2 speed hydro.

Learn as you go along like when I got stuck in the ditch during a snow storm because of forgot how close I was to the edge and not enough weight in the back. Now have loaded the tires and carry a 6 foot blade on the back all the time.

I have accomplished more in the past few months with it than I had in the past couple of years so has made a big difference for me and made some plans change for me with what I was going to do with the property.
Probably have pushed it well beyond what I should have but you learn what you can do as you go along. Probably pushed it even more once I installed the toothbar.

Like many people, now that I have it and have used it, find that I could have used something a little larger framed with a little more capacity but when I got it the price was very right and it was a 2003 with 200 hrs so years and hours were good.

Have thought about selling it and getting something else but when I finish all my plans, it would be perfect for maintaining the property. Can't afford to have 2 so just thinking on it right now. And here is Canada, tractors are very spendy if you buy here.
First got to fix it.

Basically, I probably have nothing but good to say about it and would recommend it to most people of similar needs.

Anyways, thanks for the comments.

Have a great evening

Tom

Don't feel to pushed to go larger...
Remember smaller units mean MORE SEAT TIME...
You can always RENT a larger unit for a major task...especially if your current unit fits the needs of your place...

I used to own an ant farm but had to give it up. I couldn't find tractors small enough to fit it.

Hey Paul,

No, there is no real pressure to go up in size. Just something I think about. Get a fair amount of seat time in now that the good weather is here but mostly the weekends. Winter, well, at least this year there was enough snow to plow out to use it after I got it. Insulated coveralls\toque and was all set during the cold months.

I am sure I could accomplish most of my wants\needs with what I have as long as I take it slow, approach it from different ways and take my time. Property is only about 2.5 acres and 1 acre is the house\yard\dog area so leaves me 1.5 to do my own thing.

Maybe go bigger, maybe not. Depends on money and inititive as my plans for the back are a work in progress without a real vision yet.

Anyways, hope things are going well for everyone and health is up there.

Have a good one.

Tom
