I was thinking about something like this for my Wright Stander mower. It has a permanently installed deck (doesn't remove) and its a short wheelbase unit so getting underneath it isn't too easy, especially switching out blades.
Otherwise I find removing the decks on my Cub 3000 series, easier than this lift IMHO
