Points: 69 | There is a difference in weight between the two, but they are real close in performance, so not having them side by side, what does Kubota give away for weight? Has to be something somewhere, to make that much of a difference. | Duc the L39 give up about 600 pounds to the 110. but all the hydrualic specs on the 39 are stronger than the 110. 4hp more for the 110. but its HST. and L39 gear. so the 39 gets the power back. so i doubt you will see a power difference. as for weight. load the tires and a couple of wheel weights. and it will exceed
the weight of the 110 .
another thing i can confirm. setting in the seat. i can see the bucket edge good on the L39 for digging. i have been told on a 110 you cant see crap out front but i will confirm after i test it out.
and of course the other big thing is. if both of them are loaded out with all hydraulic options front and rear and thumb. all bells and whistles.
the L39 is $4000 cheeper. thats always a nice thing....
here is the quick skinny i had come to
39 lifts more at the pins than 110
both dig same depth 10 feet
bucket and dipper dig force is more
not much but more on the 39
Craining 39 lifts more than 110
in boom and dipper.
has shuttle shift stronger transmission.
i cant prove this. but why does big 310G
and case 580 have it if it was not stronger.
39 has auto load leveler. for pallets.
110 dont.
39 has tilt steering , 110 dont.
39 has full swivel seat like big hoes.
110 dont. flip seat. you haft to climb over.
if you choose not to add weight. you be at 7000 pounds
easier on grass. 110 is 7600 no matter what.
been told hoe comes off 39 easier than 110
by people who used both.
39 carries all 3 point tools right on the tractor.
for easy access anywhere.
110 dont.
39 has full inclosed bottom and skid plates from
factory to protect drive line and hydralics
110 dont, it has nothing. and people have had damage.
if you want a skid plate. JD will sale you one for an extra $700 bucks..
The more i learn. the more impressed i am.
it is surly something to give thought about.
My blood might be changeing colors.
and after he reads all this. Gunmakers might too......
I have decided no matter what. i will not be getting a 3000 seris.
because you can get so much more tractor. for so much more little
money.....
I just decided if i am going to spend the money.
i want strenth....
Chris. ...

Has to be something somewhere, to make that much of a difference. | Duc the JD added weight comes from 2 things so i am told. one is it does have bigger rear tires. and most of it comes from the Hydro.
i am told a hydro with all the parts to make it work is more heavy
than a gear trans. you can look at specs of all tractors the hydro tractor is alway heavier....
but as fars as all round power it spanks that butt....
i can always add weight... | John Deere 2520 , R4's , 200CX loader with 61 inch bucket and JD Tooth Bar. And Markham 7 tooth. Points: 69 | Since you are going through the motions of testing/reviewing - is the goal to eventualy purchase one? Not sure if you mentioned this earlier
The only reason why I dont have one of these in my group is because the damn thing wont fit in a normal garage - I dont care about a sun shade, if they offered something that folded, I would be in like flint (Besides the sun shade prevents you from working in many places) - and I wouldnt care about the color I chose either | Kubota L39 w/WR long RGB Grapple, Bradco Pallet forks, BH QA buckets, and more! Points: 0 | Yes , i will eventualy buy one or the other.
at what point , i dont know. when ever i decide to turn loose
of another $40.000.....
I will not buy another AG tractor. i ant no farmer.
i want to dig. and i want power. and after driveing them
i seen the light. your right it wont fit in my garage eather right
now. but i have a 25x25 carport with 10 foot ceiling. that will
be ok for the moment. once i add on to the the garage. the addition
will have a 14 foot ceiling. and heat and air. and thats where
he will live.. How many people have a $44.000 tractor with only
2 acers..... but hay life is short. i think people should have what thay want if thay can.
