Oh Lordy Andy! Does this mean you finally got fed up with the bitching, bickering and bloviating over on that other site as well?

(You don't really have to answer that!!!)

I do have to admit to being part of the bs. I am not innocent. But, like all, I take it as a life's lesson. I'm looking forward to being a little more laid back. I did spend too much time there anyway which took from other things. I have some pretty big things going on in my personal life which is my passion, I've been getting more passionate about it. You might see me on tv someday soon. So, I won't be here as much as I was there. Some may say that's a good thing. Anyway, thanks for the welcome guys. My specialty is electro-mechanical systems found on high end computerized forklifts. Not the ones you see in Home Depot. My training is very application specific, so some things which you guys find as second nature on a tractor, I have no clue of, right Kenny? But what I do know, I know very well and am willing to lend a hand anytime anyone needs it. Thanks again, Andy.

Almost forgot, How you doin Doug? Good to see you again.

Doin' fine Andy! Since you are here now, I may tap your and Kenny's collective brains about testing to manufacturer's spec the performance of tractor hydraulic systems. Don't want to get into it too much just yet, but right after Labor Day... and workload permitting... I may be restarting some significant hydraulic rework on the Mahindra. Stay tuned...

Okay, well, here goes. Yes, at 42 years old, I hope to get a fight in the UFC. I am inspired by the current heavyweight champ, Randy Couture, who at 45 is the current champ. I was training very heavily for this until at 37 I almost severed my left hand on a table saw. I've been back to training very heavily and someday soon, hope to get a tv fight. I'm 5' 7" and 155 lbs, but in better physical condition than most men half my age. I fit perfectly in the lightweight class. I may have lost a little speed, but not that I can feel, but I have found that the older I got, the smarter I fought, so I am actually as good now as I ever was. They are telling me that they don't care if I win or lose, if I put up a good fight, put on a good show, and fight my heart out, that there will always be paying fights. And they do pay very well. Sponsorships pay even better, just for wearing someone's shirt into the ring can earn you a 5 figure check. I recently competed in the world karate championships and took 3rd place in my division. My instructor was there and told me I got robbed, I should have gotten first. But I don't cry over that, some days you get the call, some days you don't. That day, it just didn't go my way. So, maybe someday.

Well, we're glad you added the details...because we were leaning towards seeing you on an episode of COPS...or MOST WANTED...or MOST DANGEROUS DRIVERS...

Good luck with your effort...you do realize there are other reality shows you can enter that are a little less violent...

FEAR FACTOR...SURVIVOR...BIG BROTHER...

Holy smokes Paul, that was funny, I never thought anyone would think Cops, or most wanted, hehe.

Truthfully, I despise violence, I run if given the chance. But this is a sport with referees and rules, there are more things you can't do than can do. I have no worries about being injured, if you do, you're already beaten.

Huge fan of Randy and recently had the pleasure of meeting him when he opened his Gym on Long Island NY this past summer. I have been a huge fan of MMA and especially the UFC from the begining - I have seen many good fights in vegas and around me over the years - Love the sport thats for sure! we have some good natives and ex-champs based in Long Island NY

My hat goes off to you for keeping the spirit alive and making a comeback after having that huge injury - Please keep us posted in your journey, you have my support and encouragement plus you have also gained a fan !

Wow Duc, thanks for the kind words. I have a ton of hard work in front of me, but I look forward to every moment of it. I just watched the Couture/Sylvia fight replay on Spike, Randy is truly one of the best and he really inspires me. He is truly a class act. Long Island is a hot bed for ufc talent, lots of great places to train. That's really my only negative right now, lack of high quality training partners. But I just keep working on technique and hopefully if I win some, I'll get an invite to one of the top camps. I am a 2nd Dan in Tang Soo Do and a certified Ninjutsu instructor, so I am very well rounded. Just have to get some octagon time.
