Does it look like you'll be primarily doing development work with it, or will it be a pretty even mix with property management? What other brands did you look at so far? Working at a Massey dealer I'm obligated to point out that they still have a few days left on their "0% for 60 months" promotion

Thanks for the head's up. Can you enlighten me on the Massey 2610 TLB vs. the Kubota B2620?

I've looked at so many brands and other options such as a mini excavator Kubota k 008-3 or U15 and competitors, Skid Steers Bobcat 456 (too small) 130 and competitors with back hoe attachments.

I'm thinking back to square one and the Massey 2610 Tractor Loader Backhoe might just fit the bill.

As a Massey specialist I would appreciate your insight.

As far as lawn cutting goes it looks like a small zero turn would be a better option for that aspect of my business.

If your in the business you will need both a solid walk behind and a ZTR (which I strongly suggest a Wright Stander - which I also happen to have . Actually more than one of each is needed but thats as you grow!

Cant say enough good things about the Better Outdoor product -Quickie 32" or 36" or larger. Pricing is key here and ease of serviceability and no sacrifice in quality.

The Deere 2520 is used often in commerical applications and has the metal to hold up and handle whats thrown at it. Its a really fast dirt and mulch mover, and saves you hiring personel for these types of jobs -

The GC 2610 TLB is a subcompact, comparable in size and power to a Kubota BX 2660. The B2620 is a small frame compact, more comparable to an equal horspeower MF 1500 series.

Have fun shopping and comparing. Don't forget to try the ones you like for fit and feel, the dealer too.
