    New to the forum and wanted to say so far I am loving it...lots of great info...I am a Deere guy myself...so love the Deere threads but also enjoy being able to read about the other colors as well...lol...already have learned a lot and when I decide to purchase my Deere I will be sure and post some pics for ya'll to see

    I do not think I will have a problem spending the "green" lol luckily the 2520 which is what I am looking into...seems to be a hot topic on this site.... does not have as many options as some of the bigger models....too bad I have a budget though....I know ya'll will help me out always easier to spend someone elses money

    Welcome to the MU!!!! Great People Here !!
    Drive some of the other brands before you buy. If your a JD Fan then you may want to check out the New Cub Cadet Yanmar. As you know many of the jd's were totally Yanmar built and some others have Yanmar engines and Tranny's.

    Just something to think about.

    thanks for the advice...I have looked at Kubota and New Holland already...not real familiar with the area so I am still learning where all the dealerships are...next stop will be Cub Cadet...I really like the hydro pedals on the Deere and now looking at the Cadet webpage I see they have the same set up...not too keen on the treadle or whatever you wanna call it thanks again for all the info
