Hey Brenda! Good to have you aboard! Ed (the old Edster) and I have been pretty much holding down the fort for Mahindra on this mostly lime green, orange and yellow/black site! With few Mahindra owners there are not a whole lot of questions or complaints to address. If fact, my biggest problem these days is finding parts for my new (to me) Yanmar mini-excavator. I just wish Yanmar Construction was 1/10th as responsive (and responsible) on parts and service as MahindraUSA! If they were, I'd be all set instead of "dead in the water"... having to make my own parts or have them made for me!

But I digress. Again... Welcome aboard!!!

I think it's VERY cool that someone from MahindraUSA does customer outreach in this way. I wish my yellow/black people did the same! At least we have Kevin from Emerich to answer questions when he can.

Brenda has helped pretty much all of us Mahindra folks at one time or another on some big or small issue (they are all big issues when you have them and then most become small once Brenda is on the case). But Kevin is very cool too. For any brand, there is no substitute for a good, knowledgeable, communicative dealer!

Sure wish I had that for the gosh-darned "ULDM"!

The real 24/7 hotline is (are?) the dedicated, experienced Mahindra dealers that post regularly on-line... an absolutely great crowd... still mainly residing at TBN due to it's high newbie population.

But back to the 24/7 hotline: Brenda is the person that calls you after you have called the 24/7 hotline and gotten absolutely nowhere... and then she instantly calms your nerves and immediately proceeds to solve your problem.

That is how life works everyday in good old Mahindraland.

Sorry to hear that...because every ad I've seen for Mahindra, recently, hypes that support option...I was thinking, gee, it would be nice, if Deere had something like that...but based on your comments...I'll just stay with my ultra-reliable AG-model GREEN MACHINE......not the little ones that appear to be more of a commodity item...

Hi Brenda,

What a great product and member following you have (Everywhere)!
I’m glad you’ve made it to MU too as I look forward to your posts…

I realize that this is off the beaten path in Tomball but do you have any information, pictures or scuttlebutt on the new Mahindra pick-up’s ??

Thanks and again welcome.

Mark

Hope I am not giving you the wrong impression here Paul. Virtually every Mahindra owner I know is very satisfied and would buy Mahindra again. I certainly would. But it doesn't mean that Mahindra is a perfect company. In my view, they have made some silly moves & mistakes and... being me... I tend to be rather blunt and vocal about them. I am obviously not a shill for my brand.

Anyone who would buy (or not buy) a Mahindra based on the 24/7 hotline simply hasn't done their homework. It is a non-issue. Like any other brand, your local dealer(s) is(are) the first line of support. Beyond that, the on-line community (including the on-line dealers) is terrific. If your issue needs to become a "Tomball" issue, Brenda is there for you.

Like I've said: I wish I had even 1/10th the support for my gosh-darned Yanmar ULDM.
