Default What's the difference between X an CX loaders?

What's the real difference between the 300X and 300 CX loaders and also the 200X and 200CX?

Look here ==>> Attachments for John Deere equipment

The CX loaders can be removed in 15 mins or less. The 200x/300x are bolted on and take a LOT longer to remove.

On JD's site it says they both have quik-park.

From your experience, is it worth while to be able to remove the loader in a hurry? And if so, when?

The lack of the Quick-Park feature only apllies to the 200x, not the 300x loaders.
The difference in the 300x vs. 300cx is lift capacity.

With the Quick-Park, you can remove the whole loader in under 5 minutes with practice on a smooth, level hard surface. I like to remove the loader (or at least the bucket) when mowing, and when doing service work to the machine.

I got the 61" on my 200cx, and it handles anything without a hitch. I even put the JD 61" toothbar from the 300-500 series on my bucket, and it also works well. I think for the 300cx I'd look at the 72" bucket, but would probably go with the 61" HD bucket myself.

I have a quick release on my 855...and I think the FEL has been off the tractor maybe twice...

I used to own an ant farm but had to give it up. I couldn't find tractors small enough to fit it.
