Geez, if you are going to change it that often, you might as well go with NON-synthetic...it's cheaper...

I used to own an ant farm but had to give it up. I couldn't find tractors small enough to fit it.

Awesome post. I did my 50 hour service over a year ago now. Because the manual is so messed up, I didn't remove the screen as I wasn't sure where it was. I did change the oil, I'll get the screen on the 200 hr mark. I'm at 158hr right now. I too noticed the same thing on the engine oil holding 3 quarts and not 4. How many people out there do you think throw just three down the hole and say they're all set?

I love my 2520, but these large companies just sometimes leaving us all shaking our heads. Can you believe these people get paid to print those things? Even the fuel filter section is wrong. When was the last time it was ok to only tighten only half of the lug nuts on your race car?
Thank you Larry ,
i am glad to help , get that screen cleaned as soon as possable.
my steering was much better after the service. i also went with better
high temp fluid than is called for. made a world of difference.

A very good post. However I would like to know what the torque specs are for all bolts(plugs) involved. Manual only gives a torque chart on the different clsses of plugs (bolts), How can I detrermine what those classed are for the plugs(bolts) involved (main drain, gear reduction housing, suction screen housing).
