Putting the safety factor aside for a second, without ballast the machine really isnt effective in whats it designed to do. You always need a counter balance (front and rear) to what you are working with. The best FEL performance and maximizing the machines full capabilities, are always achieved when the proper ballast is obtained. Anything less, the machines doesnt perform well with the task.
Now putting the saftey factor back in - its a dangerous affrair which can make you machine really unstable. Damage can occur, and severe injury if not careful. The dealer should do a better job showing you this -

the 2320 is a peformer once properly setup. Have the dealer do the right thing and send out on your way

Come back and update us when you can

Dont forget the tips that were offered earlier - widen the rear wheels by turning them inside (valve stem inside), liquid fill the tires with RimGuard (and not NaCl) - fill up you ballast box with heavy material (most use portland cement -makes it weigh 800-900lbs)

Best of all, have fun! and show us pictures when you get a chance

Welcome to MU ! In addition to all the other good advise keep your loaded bucket low and move slow! Also be very careful moving your tractor with an elevated loaded bucket; the tilt of the ground is magnified with an elevated loaded bucket- you can go over real fast. BTW all SCUT's and CUT's can be "tippy". Jay
