Default 2520/2320/2305 Mechanical Diverter for independent lift -

2520/2320/2305 Mechanical Diverter for independent lift

Good news finally!

Part # is LVB25823. There is also one like it available for the 2305/2320(LVB25822).

2520 Mechanical Diverter for independent lift mid-mount mower/loader

Field install this kit to allow the hydraulic lines for the independent lift of the mid-mount mower and the curl circuit of the loader to remain connected at all times. Simply change the push/pull plunger knob on this valve from the operator station to switch functions and keep working. No more changing hoses or getting hydraulic fluid on your hands when switching between mowing and loader work.

This kit will not impact compatibility with backhoes, tire chains, or the 3-point hitch which means it can remain on the tractor with in all these applications.

NOTE: This kit is only needed if a customer has independent lift for the mid-mount mower AND a loader installed to be used at the same time. Also, note that this kit (pictured below) is for the 2520 only.

That makes the independent lift option worth a lot more IMHO. Without it, I could never see the usefullness of the option. It will be interesting to hear from some of the first users of this option.

Well actually I think between not being able to use my loaders while having a mower deck attached, or having my back hoe on and not being able to leave the mower lift kit (removing the deck of course), if my primary use was mowing would have definitely sent me to another brand.

I'm not loyal to color when it comes to buying what I need to get the job done, and when the trade offs are too high. The biggest reason why I didnt go that route was because I had no Kubota dealer nearby, but that changed 4 months after I already purchased. The 2320 has less of a compatibility issue, then that of the bigger 2520 (what gives?), and B2630/B3030 dosent have this issue at all. Its a big peeve of mine, always was, just been silent about it. They should fix it IMHO, because its a major competitive disadvantage.

Default Diverter Kit

Does this kit replace the slide lever on the right fender to control the deck? I would like to be able to control my deck independently of my 3-point hitch. Will I be able to with this kit?

I believe with this modifcation you would use your loader joystick as the height control of your MMM - the 3 pt would be controlled by the lever for other attachments (like a spreader or bagger)
