Well , i am going to be honist. in my opinion. if there is a real problem.
where it has to be torn down. i really think i would insist on them.
just getting you a new machine......

I mean lets be honist here. we are talking well over 20 grand.
just think , if you bought a brand new truck. and the transmission
went out after a day. you would be pretty pissed and want a new truck.
I hope its just a minor problem. it is just frustrating. you know that is why we buy new expensive things. cause we dont want problems. its like the guy the other day that bought a new L39 and bolts were left out of the brush gaurd. and it bent. thats a $37.000 dollars machine.... parts are not suppose to fall off in a day or two. just like your 3520. there just not suppose to break in a day or so. I know things happen. but dang it. brand new crap ant suppose to break.
it just pisses me off...

ok i will get off the soap box now....

Chris....

well, I am gonna have my local dealership take a look at the unit, and if it is something huge, I might just do that, however if it is something minor and they can fix it fast then I am OK. weird as this really should not have happened

Well it is in the shop and they will get to it by Friday and then they will be able to tell me what's going on and when it will be ready to go. In the meantime, I am looking at a used 72" 7 Iron MMM. Thinking about getting it and relegating the flail to brushwork for now, as I need to get used to it.

Apparently it is a valve that malfunctioned on the 3PT hydraulics, and they will fix it this week. I also got the MMM for a good price and it was in excellent shape, and so it is down with the tractor and will be installed when I get it back. So I should have more weight on the bottom of the tractor to offset the 600 lbs cab, which has about 200 lbs above the rest of the tractor,. Apparently the top of the tractor does not have the same plate that the 4x20 series has, so that green top is all that is there. So the embedded ROPS is still the main rollover protection.
