Default B2630/3030 question about MMM/3pt lift

I have a new B2630HSD with the mid mount mower (which I love). Is there a way to raise/lower the mid mount mower and 3pt hitch independently? Am I just missing something, or was that just a detail I didn't pay attention to? It'd just be really nice to leave the mower up while using an implement on the back (they're either both up or down now). Or, do I just need to warm up to the idea of dropping the MMM, etc... Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the M.U ! I love your machine BTW I think they are great and one of my favorites from Kubota - post pictures when you can if you dont mind.

It sounds like you have the 3pt doing the raising and lowering, and typically there is a choice as to which way you prefer to raise and lower your MMM. Options also should include a hydraulic option and linkages which are probably additional cost - The advantage of the hyraulic lift to have your 3 pt free to do other things like speading and leaf collection, etc..Im pretty certain that the B2630/3030 offer both of these options, but the hydraulic being extra...

let us know how you make out

Hi, I am not sure about your model 2630 but I recently purchased the 2620 w/ MMM. I did use the MMM for 10 minutes and then asked the dealer to take it back as I felt I would rather have a 0 turn to mow. The MMM was nice though.

Not sure if its the same w/ your model but if you have the turn dial as your cutting height adjustment lever than you can lock it in the top position, raise the 3pt until it locks into place and then the mower deck will stay suspended allowing you to use the rear 3pt capability.

Hey, thanks for the info - I'll check it out and see what I have, and let you know. I'll see if I can get some pics, it's got 17 dusty hours on it so far, it'll need a bath first!

Default Before you do it to your tractor

always use a car first, to check on fit and depth...

I used to own an ant farm but had to give it up. I couldn't find tractors small enough to fit it.
