Thanks for the pics and scans. Looks like a nice machine. Can't wait to see one in person.

I like the hydro pedal setup.

I just moved out of town to a place with 10 acres, 5 are pasture 3 are hills by creek and the other two are lake(pond).
I have been looking at utility tractors for the last month or so and there are so many out there that I am not sure what I really need. I have looked at John Deere and Kubota both with FEL and 60" mmm.

I have the following prices, the money is not the problem I just can't figure out which is the better tractor for the money. After reading this site for an hour or so I decided I had better sign up and see if I could get some help.
Kubota BX2350 12400
Kubota BX7510 14400
Kubota b2620 15000
I went to a local dealer today and got above prices.

I also got the price for a John Deere 2305 14700
and a used 2007 with 72 hrs for 12500
I would appreciate any help
John

JTH -

let me be the first to welcome you here at the M.U ! you picked the best spot to get some guidance and to learn about the different models out there. Without a doubt we have a great base for Deere and Kubota, and I'm sure we can make your choices a little easier -

I just glancing at the models you have looked at and they appear to be both Sub-Cut and Compacts. The difference between them is size (height) and power in PTO and hydraulics. You got a good mix in there and the models between Deere and Kubota are real close in capabilities -maybe splitting hairs difference, so it comes down to personal likes and dealers.

Just for comparison the next size up on the Kubotas are the premium brand of the B2630 & B3030 series (one of my favorites) or the 2520 on the Deere ( I have) - always good to see the next size up to see if thats what you need. Sounds like mowing is the ticket here, so 60" or 72" decks are in order, now it depends on who handles that size - Have fun looking and give us a area where you are from and time frame. The good thing about just going new is the 0% rates being offered by both Mfg's.

Keep us posted, and I hope this helps
