Anyone else think this backhoe is a bit small for this tractor?
90 pto hp, weighs 10,474lbs...with a koyker 800 backhoe attachment. I guess if you want something big enough to utilize the available horsepower you'd buy a 710G...

Not my first choice... but probably not a bad diggin' machine. Just looks a little funny (read: little) on a monster 90 HP lime green tractor!

Now that is someone who just wanted a backhoe.

Wouldn't have to worry about breaking the tractor with that.

Dougster,

Was just reading an article on the New Delhi Times business section where it was quoting an unnamed source for Mahindra as saying Mahindra was transfering the manufacture\production of all tractors 50 HP and up to the
Chinese factory as a cost cutting method.
Go figure ......... your next big Mahindra may cost less.

By the way..................... just kidding.

Have a good one.

Oh man!!! You are being overly cruel here tonight Brother Tom!!! What's that all about???

But again, the Dougster™ is very old and very poor. He will be buying used next time just as he has done twice already. And by the time I am ready to pounce on a pristine, creme puff, "slightly used" 7520 just driven by a little old lady to church on Sunday... there will hopefully be a good selection of India-made Mahindra 7520s available for me to choose from!

It was the BH or a ballast box to offset the FEL and he elected the BH...

I used to own an ant farm but had to give it up. I couldn't find tractors small enough to fit it.

Reinventing the diesel engine

Last time I talked to someone that knew something of what was going on, they told me late summer early fall the 8560 would be released.

Mahindra had a number of problems with the importation process. Not sure if it had anything to do with the Tier II Tier III process.

I'll poke around and see if I can get any info.

I did some poking around. No news so far. My source has told me that as soon as some info is available, I'll be one of the first to know.
