According to the dealer I spoke with recently, the Chinese Mahindra is geared to compete mainly against other Chinese tractors in the US market and save about $3,000 when compared against equivalent 15-series Mahindras. The Chinese Mahindra carries a 2-year warranty against a 3-year warranty for the rest of the Mahindra line-up. There will be no frame-mount backhoe available nor skid steer-type QA on the FEL... at least for now.
The dealer basically said it was intended to be the "cream of the crop"... in terms of Chinese tractors.
