Points: 0 |  TC 2 Spool Remote COntrol Valves
So here I was yesterday in the middle of my raised stone flowerbed project with a rather large sized rock in the FEL when the FEL knob came off in my hand which kind of immobilized the project. The problem area is where the knob attaches to the valve assembly and is described as the plate adaptor- it is made of cast aluminum and very cheap aluminum at that. I kind of "jimmy rigged" a repair with a 7/16" - 20 fine thread locking nut. I contacted Messick Equipment - New Holland - Kubota - Case IH - Tractor Parts, Sales & Service who immediately sent me the parts diagram by email. Today I will find out the cost of replacement. I might just go out and buy some loctite for my repair job instead. Jay  |
