    Default Good News!!!

I always wondered about what happened to my old Ford 1100. I traded it in with a dual hydraulic dozerblade and 48" rotary cutter. Well it is happily maintaining trails on some guy's property. It resides with a number of other larger tractors this guy owns. I still wish that I had that little guy.

Well I'm glad you found out ''where it is''.

Are you going to try to buy it back ??

Always good to find an old friend doing well. While I don't have a beloved old tractor in my past, I did sell a car I loved to a friend who was going to move it to Martha's Vineyard to store and use strictly as her summer island car. I never did see it again, but plan to look for it this summer if/when we manage to get over there. I know exactly where it's likely to be found.

My old Harley Sportster is also kicking around somewhere close to home, although I haven't seen it either. That one kind of confuses me. It had a fairly unique color scheme that would be very hard to miss.

The new owner of my old sailboat has invited me to come down to Rhode Island and take it out for a sail with him this summer. Lots of happy and not-so-happy memories in regard to that old boat.

But on that one, I think I'm going to take a pass.
