While it may be a large database, don't expect it to be 100% accurate. This info comes from public info in the newspapers so if local paper didn't publish a death notice, you're not likely going to find the info you are looking for.

Thanks for the link Mickey. We never know what we'll need. An old friend died several years ago and I didn't hear about for a year afterwards. Wonder if he's in there, I'll look someday.

I think there is a problem Mark. Most times no log-in required but once in a while that pops up.
Just heard about this site yesterday morning and gave it a try a couple times, never a request to log-in but did read somewhere else a few people had the problem.
Gave the URL a try this AM and also saw the long-in note. Wonder if the site is making some changes?
