Default Off to see a man about a Horse...

This is a re-telling of a trip I made earlier this year but haven't shared with this group...

We left before first light in search of the horse! The road ahead was beset with a few troubles but we made it...

I had to stop and get gas at my usual station and my card clicked off at $50...I tried again and it said "See cashier"...Nope...gotta go!

The sun was breaking over the treetops as we cruised down I-95...

Breakfast was calling and we couldn't ignore the siren call...mmmm...McDonalds sausage biscuit...

After breakfast, we hopped back in the truck and troubles began...bucking, spitting and generally not wanting to go. I don't take the hint and push it harder...

We are getting much closer...

We really close when I notice the Jeep in front of me has an interesting sticker...Godspeed my friend!!!

We arrive and swap money, tractor and stories...the tractor is loaded up and ready to hit the highway!

Great read and pictures!

What have you done to the tractor since you brought it home? Will this be a full restoration...or keeping it like it is?

If I were fortunate enough to find a garden tractor I'd sure like a model like yours...or an MF 10. I can't decide which looks prettier when they've been brought back to showroom condition.

Thanks for sharing the story.

Mark

Great story, and a lot of nice pics....and....nice machine you got there!

It's nice that he had all the implements, plow, discs, blade, etc. to go with it.

Way to go, it looks to be in great shape.

Kubota BX2350 and more attachments than I have sense to operate.
