Ok Paul.. I said, "Hon comere' and check this video out".

After watching it she says," Why don't we get one of those?"..So I give her a price range and she says," we can sell the skid steer and the backhoe and buy one right?" .. I stay quiet while she thinks it through. Then she says, "We'll need to get all the trees we want gone removed first"... (a couple seconds go by) " and we need to get the rocks dug up first too."

She walks away and sez," Go get it done" (meaning get all the trees and rocks removed quickly)

On a related note.. I found something cool on craigslist. Luckily I was the first one to respond.

It's an Agri-fab two wheel tow behind trailer that has a 3pt hitch on the back end. It came with a 4' 3pt blade and a 4' 3pt rake .

The 3pt adapter has a electric winch, with a remote control, to raise and lower the 3pt attachments while in motion. Works with a ATV or garden tractor.

Once I get it set up behind the cub cadet I'll take a few pictures.. I'm hoping this will do the horse arena grooming.. but it won't do it a nice as the Ventrac..

This will not work very well for me, because INDOORS have CORNERS...

I was looking at that very tool Paul. It would work fine for me...but, I just spent a tiny fraction of what that beauty costs, for something that should do the same job..(crossed fingers here)

I would like the green work horse that's doing the pulling.
