Default Hey Mark!

Was looking over TBN this morning and a fellow posting to the customization forum is swaping out his man steering for PS. Has some decent pictures including one looking right down on top of the clutch after the steering box had been removed. Can see the springs you were talking about.

I'll check them out Mickey.

You think there may be a relative problem with your clutch? Or is this something that will wait until spring?

Mark

*EDIT*

Yeah, that's it. Excellent pictures describing the orientation of how the springs work in relation to the throw-out bearing cradle. You can also visualize how one spring failing would put undo stress on the other side and causing the assembly to respond sluggishly or bind on the shaft. I should really start taking pictures of before and after pics.

At this point I'm not sure what the issue is and right now can't think of anything in need of doing during the winter months. This will wait until spring but at present I'm still not of the belief the action I experienced was due to a binding throwout bearing housing. Just found it interesting that within a few days of your mentioning the springs and how to get to them I find a couple nice pics of what you were talking about.
